When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the item and your location. Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). For most UK deliveries, shipping takes 2–3 business days. International deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Do you deliver to European countries?

Can I visit your showroom?
We do not operate a physical showroom, as we are a fully online retailer. This helps us keep our prices competitive. However, we’re happy to send product samples upon request so you can experience the quality firsthand before making a purchase.

Can I collect my order?

Can I modify or return my order?
You have 14 days to return your item, provided it’s in its original packaging and condition. You may exchange it or request a full refund. If the item has already been shipped, you will be responsible for both incoming and outgoing shipping costs.

Do you deliver to European islands?
Yes, we do. However, for certain island destinations, our website may not be able to calculate shipping automatically. In such cases, please contact our customer support team, who will assist you with placing your order and calculating the shipping costs manually.
