We work with reliable international shipping partners to ensure timely delivery right to your doorstep. Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 2–7 business days, depending on the destination.

- Mainland Europe: 3–7 business days*

Delayed Deliveries
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days after it was dispatched, please reach out to our support team for an update.
Damaged Items
Our quality team thoroughly inspects every item before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. If possible, include clear photographs showing the issue.
We’ll assess the situation and offer the most suitable resolution, which may include:
- Replacing the item (subject to availability)
- Collecting the item for return
- Issuing a full refund
- Providing a repair or other solution

Missing Items or Parts
If any part of your order is missing—either a product or an assembly component—please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem. You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Just contact us as soon as possible.
