14-Day Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Be unused and in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and full instructions.
Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns for the following:
- Custom or special orders
- Personalized items
- Items purchased on sale or using gift cards

Changed Your Mind?
We hope you love your Duke of Interiors purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you can still return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping costs).
Please note:
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
- All returns must be sent via insured and tracked delivery
- Items must be securely repackaged in original packaging
- You’re responsible for the item until we receive it
Exchanges
Want to exchange an item? No problem—exchanges are also available within 14 days of delivery.
Here’s how:
- Contact us to arrange the return of your original item (at your cost)
- Once we receive it and verify the condition, we’ll ship the new item (subject to any price difference)
- To speed things up, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the original separately
EU Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason—no justification required.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status—usually within 5 business days.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
